Stats Report
1. To login to your Stats Phone Reports simply visit the URL the provided URL that looks like the following example https://yourdomain.com/stats/.
2. At the Login page you will use the provided Phone Reports User and Password to login.
User usually is your extension number.

3. After you login please make sure you select the desired Queues (Move them from Available to Selected), Agents (Move them from Available to Selected), and finally pick a Date Range then click Display Report.
